Fixed Rate Moving was able to help us with a long distance move. Jeff was very helpful in getting us set up. The invoice was sent and payable online which was great since we were not in Arkansas. The movers were prompt on arrival time and very polite and communicated with us well. We sat back and relaxed while they loaded. They wrapped any furniture that needed it. Took excellent care of my grandmothers dresser which was really heavy. The same customer service while unloading at our final destination. Definitely use again if we need to move . Excellent rating on Better Business Bureau!! Recommend highly !!

I was very impressed and happy with my experience with the movers the company sent me. I was a little nervous when they arrived since they looked young, but Jordan and Kalon were excellent. They called to let me know they were on their way, got to work as soon as they arrived, and were very proficient and honest with their time. They had a well practiced system and worked very well together. All the furniture was wrapped and the truck was impressively and neatly loaded. Any items they weren’t able to move they were sure to explain why and their company policies. I highly recommend requesting these 2 for your move. I will be using them again.

This was my 30th move and one of the best. The three guys were fast, efficient, and careful. In and out with two truckloads and not a single complaint about all the weight and no damage at all. Mike the foreman and his crew were just superb. I figured 8 hours but they moved like lightning and were done in 6. And they were being paid by the hour. Excellent experience all around. Thanks guys

This is my second move now using Jeff and his wonderful staff. Jeff came to my house in Pangburn to provide an in-person inventory. It was a bittersweet experience to sell our getaway on The Little Red River! Our move team consisted of... Steven, Ceasar and Matt! Folks they were in sync like a fine Swiss clock! As always, Fixed Rate Moving gets it done wity exemplary service and are extremely easy to do business with! Will be using them again in the future for sure! Highly recommended!

Highly recommended Fixed Rate Moving! I had a midday move scheduled and the guys called about an 1.5hr to give me a timeline of their arrival and then called again when they were on their way. They were very polite, friendly, and helpful. I have a few antique furniture pieces and they handled each piece with such care. The rate was exactly what I was quoted. There were no surprise charges. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

Fixed Rate Moving provided us peace of mind and excellent service as we moved our sister to an assisted living facility. Kalon and Jordan were professional, prompt and courteous. I was amazed at their skills in preparing the furniture so as to not damage it. The day we moved it was raining and yet everything arrived at her new apartment in excellent condition. I highly recommend FIXED RATE MOVING for all your moving needs!

This was a great working experience! One of the smaller moving companies in Arkansas. More honest rates with employees that won't steal your personal items. Fixed rate moving will also move you anywhere in the USA except Hawaii of course. Hope this is helpful.

I don't know how these guys turn a profit, but I'm glad they do. They were the most respectful, most professional movers I've ever interacted with. They didn't break anything and engaged us every step of the way with what we wanted and where we wanted it. They moved a 2200 square foot house that we had been in for 8 years and the end price was under $2,000 for five guys and two trucks. I highly recommend and will definitely use them again.

I cannot say enough good things about Fixed Rate Movers! From start to finish, Jaleel, Patrick, Carlos, and Preston were absolutely outstanding. What impressed me most was their incredible work ethic combined with genuinely positive attitudes. These guys worked at an impressive pace without ever cutting corners or seeming stressed. They maintained high energy and great morale throughout the entire move, which made what could have been a stressful day actually enjoyable. The care they took with my belongings was exceptional. Yeah these guys are the real deal. They pull up and get the job done quickly, efficiently and without damage to your property. They are organized, prepared with all the right equipment and all have a good attitude. Bobby and Jeff were on site at times making sure they got it done fast. Even in the middle of an snow and ice storm they prevailed to make sure we got out move done in time. Hats off to them...If you want the job done right just go with Fixed Rate Moving!
